Refund policy

Iron South Outfitters accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To request a return, contact us using the information on our Contact page. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. Iron South Outfitters will cover any necessary return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will also refund applicable original shipping charges.
